Carewjones.co.uk Ltd is a London based company, manufacturing custom made British furniture with a strong emphasis on acrylic and glass.

 

The company was founded by Nigel Carew-Jones who has over 50 years experience designing and supplying bespoke furniture. Nigel managed Albrizzi in Sloane Square in the 70's, and was instrumental in introducing polyester lacquer and acrylic furniture to the London market. He then set up his own interior design practice before establishing CarewJones. Nigel draws inspiration from everything around him. He is constantly sketching new ideas and combining different materials. His signature style is a simple design, clean lines and an eye for proportion. 

 

His daughter Katya Carew-Jones joined the company 15 years ago and has inherited her fathers passion for acrylic furniture and design. Together, they are currently working on expanding the StudioCarew acrylic line with some exciting new products.

StudioCarew produce acrylic furniture to an incredibly high standard and offer an extensive range of products. This website catalogues over 50 acrylic furniture designs: coffee tables, side tables, console tables, desks and dining tables. With a company archive of over 500 designs, CarewJones can supply furniture that works in any interior.

Whilst producing furniture in acrylic is Nigel and Katya's main passion they continue to explore combining this versatile material with coloured perspex®, lacquer, metal, mirror, glass, timber and upholstery.
